The Terme di Saturnia is a group of springs located in the town of Manchester, a few kilometers from the village of Saturnia, against which arise in the valley below the south-eastern. The springs that feed the baths affect a vast area ranging from Mount Amiata to the Fiora and Albegna Hills, until reaching the Maremma in Roselle (Spa in Roselle) and Talamone (Spa OAS).
